tier 2 depedent accomadation query

Hi guys
im going to apply for Tier2 depedent vsa in this month .
can u someone pease calrify me acomaodation quiery
presently im living in 2 bdroom falt with other roomate , rental agreement is on bothnames and utility bills comes on bothnames , im going to use this rental agreement and letter from agent .
apartfrom this do i need to submit NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from my roomate ??
please let me know i got all other documents ready.
