Tier 2 Dependant - applying outside UK(from India)

Hello,

I live in UK under tier 2 general and I need to bring my wife as my dependant. While booking the appointment in the new website. There is no visa category as dependant the closest option I can choose is Other and then as Wife for her but this shows up as Settlement (Wife) category is this the correct category am choosing or do I need to change

What other forms I need to fill in.

If you are using the visa4uk drop-down menu interface you should be choosing:

Type of visa > Work
Purpose of application > PBS Tier 2 (General)
Type of application > Tier 2 (Gen) Partner
