Tier 1 Dependant Maintenance - 12 months calculated from ?

I came to UK in June 2007 on WP and switched to Tier 1. My Tier 1 visa was stamped in Sept 2008. So does the 12 months or more maintenance of 533 GBP for Dependent apply to me though my Tier 1 visa was stamped in Sept 2008 ?

Is the 12 months calculated from the date of entry in the UK or from the date of Tier 1 visa stamping ?

Please advice.

hi, i think if the total residing period ( irrespective of WP or TIER1) is more than 12 months then u fall under the "more than 12 months" category.
So its the date of Entry to UK in your case.
