Tier 1 dependant out of country online form

Please help me with answers for my following queries. Thanks in advance


1- While fillign online form for my son as dependant of Tier 1 General out of country application at the last stage in the declartion it asks for Signature where one needs to enter name. So in case of my son, who is four years , should we write his name or the name of my wife who is applying the same time for the Tier 1 dependant out of country applicant.


2- In the Online form of the dependant of Tier 1 (G) applying from outside of UK (from Pakistan) where should one give details of what supporting documents one is attaching to his application? As previously my family visa was refused due to lack of supporting documents. This time I have too many documnets (like Joint accounts/ telphone bills etc) to support but to avoid its missplacing or in case it detached from the application, that I have sent such and such documents.

I was thinking to reply, YES in response to a question :
Is there any other information you wish to be considered as part of your application?
and then to reply, 'Please consider "Appendix A", A hard copy attached to the print of this application form' and then give all details on two pages as Appendix A and attach it as mentioned.
