Tier 1 Dependant visa extention

Hi guys,
I recently switched from Tier 1 (PSW) to Tier 1 (General) visa. My wife is already with me in UK. Now I would like to switch her visa from Tier 1(psw) dependant to Tier 1 (general dependant).

I have all documents like maintenance requirement bank statements, job letter, Marriage certificates, utility bills etc. But right now we r living as two couples in 2 bedroom flat. Do I need to show tenancy agreement and council tax bill as well on my name? Your response will be of great help. Thanks in advance.
