Tier 2 Dependants Maintenance

My employee has two dependants already in the United Kingdom.He wishes to apply for a third to come to the United Kingdom.

From the booklet PBS Dependant Policy Guidance it states that he needs 533 pounds for each dependant including the new applicant for three months.So 1599 Pounds for three months in a bank account.

However it also mentioned that his A Rated Sponsor can write a letter to certify the maintenance? Is this true in this situation when the other two dependants are already in the UK? and the sponsor is already working for over two years?

Has anybody any experience in this situation.
