Dear all,

Please, let me know which form I have to fill for dependent (wife). I am having Set (o). I have completed 5years under WP and Tier 2 visa. And my wife is continuously with me from more than two years.

Please, reply me as soon as possible.

If her current visa is PBS dependant you need one SET(0) application filled out as as joint application.

SET(O) is an application form!
So, are you saying you have "SET(O) form" or that you are a settled person (have been granted settled status / ILR)?
