Tier 4 Dependent - Maintainance Requirment

Hi
I am from Pakistan and my wife is currently studying in central London. She is doing her master’s (NQF Level 7, 2 year Program) and completed 7 months of her studies. I want to apply as PBS dependent and I have following queries.
• Is she qualify as “student with -establish presenceâ€
