Tier 1 Dependent Queries

Hi,

I hold a tier 1 general migrant visa which is valid till Nov 2011. I am moving to Uk in month of jan 2011 as I got the offer from the company.

I have a question regarding dependent application.

1. How much maintanance fund I would like to show for her application.
I have read in PBS guidelines that

if u r in india - then 2800 GBP for main applicatant + 1600 GBP for dependent required to be shown.

If u r in UK less than 6 months 800GBP+ 1600 GBP.

My question is if I go to UK by jan 2011 and after that mY dependent apply for the visa then in that case I only need to show 800+1600 GBP right????
Along with this what all document I need to show them that I am present in UK.

Can I show my relative accomocation and bill details that I am staying with them and my wife will also stay with me there. As I will not be able to provide the house agreement and electric bill in UK as I will be moving in Jan month.

2. For maintannce fund- If my fund amount is went below the maintance fund then will it create any problem For example I have maintaned 300000 in my account and in the month of Oct it went down to 100000 and again in month of Nov it went above by 400000 then will it create any problem.

or I need to maintained the amount above the maintanance fund limit.

3. Till what date my wife's visa wil be valid if it is approved.Will her visa valid til my visa expiry date.

4. Pls confirm on the documents list.

1. Sponsorship letter
2. Cover letter.
3. Marraige certificate /marraige album
4. My visa copy.
5. UK company offer letter.
6. Maintanance fund statement.
7. Bank letter of maintanance fund.
8. Slary slip and Income tax return.
9. Accomodation sponsorship proof from my relative back in UK.
