Tier 1 dependent switching to Tier 2

Post by Keerti » Tue Sep 16, 2014 11:52 am

Hi Everyone

I already have Tier 1 dependent visa until next year. I applied for Tier 2 general employer sponsored in August 2014. Tier 2 was rejected and as employer unable to produce another CoS, Job offer has been withdrawn. when I received my Tier 2 refusal along with all original documents, I have not received my Tier 1 dependent biometric resident permit which is valid until next year. I submitted an application for missing document on same day which was 10days ago.
Has anybody has same experience, what happens next, whether I can have my card back or how long will it take?????

Thank you for reply in advance.
