Tier 1 Dependent

I am looking to apply for a dependent visa as my husband has Tier 1 general visa. I am on HSMP visa as of now and looking to apply for the dependent visa in April.

Now as my husband has his leave to stay till 2010, I was wondering about the maintenance funds. Will we need to show £550 just for me over the last 3 months or will my husband need to show maintenance funds £800 for himself in addition to mine.

Hey,

You need to show GBP800 as well as gbp 533 for yourself.

Read Dependant guidance Page 7 point 29.
