Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 2 ICT Long Term

Hi There,

I am currently in the UK since December 2012 on a Tier 2 Long Term Dependent and working for a company. I am now eligible for a Tier 2 ICT Long Term visa.

Please can you help me with the following:

A. Can the same employer sponsor me a Tier 2 Long Term Migrant visa ?

B. Can I swithc from Tier 2 Long Term Dependent to Tier 2 Long Term Migrant while I am in the UK ?
