Tier 1 dependent visa application after March 30 2011

Hi,

I intend to apply for my spouse and son's Tier 1 dependent visa in mid-April 2011.

With the issuance of new Tier 1 visas being dis-continued from April 2011 onwards, will there be any problems in getting the dependent visa for my family?
