Tier 2 Dependent Visa for Step Son

Hello All,

I am living in UK on ICT Tier 2 Dependant. Currently I am planning to switch to Tier 2 General since my husband’s visa is going to expire and I have a job to continue here.

Now my query is once I get Tier 2 General Visa ,my husband will be dependant, I have a stepson currently living with us, from my husband’s prior wife. Will there be possibility to process dependent visa for my step-son?

Please let me know the process and documentation that would be required for processing Tier 2 dependent Visa for my step son.
