Tier 2 dependent visa jobs opportunities in medical field

Hi ,

My wife had pursued MBBS and completed Pathology from India.
Currently she is holding Tier 2 dependent visa.
Can anybody suggest what are various opportunities she can explore in UK in terms of getting jobs in medical related field?
