tier 2 dependent visa maintenance letter.

Hi. I would just like to confirm. I already got a maintenance letter from my employer for my husband's visa application.. Do i still need to submit my bank statements? or my husband still need to submit his bank statements? Thank you.

If your sponsor has certified your maintenance on the CoS, then under the rules that alone is sufficient to cover you and all your dependants. Submitting a letter in addition is a good idea but not strictly necessary.

If your maintenance has been certified by the sponsor, then you don't need to provide bank statements. If you have the money, then feel free to submit the statements. It can't do any harm. But you don't need to.
