Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hello All

I am new to this forum. So pardon me if my question is trivial. I have been offered a job in the UK for which my employer is willing to sponsor a tier-2 visa. I am taking my wife along with me as a dependent.

My question is, whether my wife is allowed to work full time for any employer ? Does she also need a certificate of sponsorship ?

She can work full time and even Change jobs if she likes, no need for certificate of sponsorship.
