Tier 2 dependent visa ..travel details help

We as a family stayed in Jeddah(Saudi Arabia) for 13 years , then in Riyadh(Saudi Arabia) for 2years as my husband had a job there.We travelled to and fro frequently,during every school vacation to India (our home country) .
Now he has a job in London and we are applying for a tier2 dependent visa from India.how do I fill this information in the application form under travel details section? The dates of travel and reason for travel?!
