Tier 1 Dependent without Tenancy Agreement

HI Friends,

I read that Tenancy Agreement is not a mandatory requirement while applying for Tier 1 (General) Dependent Visa. Can some one let us know their experience who applied without this document outside UK.

Please provide all your comments, when the case worker has specifically asked for this document and also when you missed providing it.

I share an accomdation in UK, hence cant provide it for my dependents at this moment.

why are u particularly interested in tenancy agreement?

You can get letter from Landlord saying that you are living there and etc........

The Tenancy agreement is not mandatory by any means but even then it's always a good to have document while applying for dependant.

This proves that the main applicant has a place to live and hence supports your case. As suggested, you can submit a letter from the landlord (stating his/her contact details for verification)
