tier 1 document list (with in the uk)

Hi Experts
i am in uk on psw visa plan to apply for tier 1 visa in October 2010,,
my earnings are from from salaried and self employed , i have created My checklist of all the documents could any one Please suggest me if I am missing anything:


Previous earnings: (Two earning Sources)
1 Salaried employee
12 months salary slip with employers signature and stamp for time October2009 to September 2010
Personal bank statements showing salary received

Self employed

UTR letter from hmrc
employers liability insurance
An letter from the accountant Confirming the net income on official letter head paper with invoices explanation
invoices
personal bank statement reflecting invoice numbers and company name
3 months bank statement showing 800 GBP maintenece
original masters certificate
