Tier 1 - Doubts on earnings & appeal

Hello,

I am in workpermit for more then 4 years (same employeer), but due to the gap between (entry clearance & first entry) (39 days), i need to extend /switch to Tier 1 visa.

My doubts,

1) Can i apply for Tier 1 (General) until April 6 2011 (by post)?
2) Can i show more then one bonus in my earnings ?
3) Can i show the bonus morethen 8000 pounds (in last month) (paid tax properly) ?

WORST CASE :
1) if T1 (General) rejected & and if my current visa expired (while getting the result) then do i need to leave country immediately ?

2) If T1 (G) rejected, and if i eligible for ILR that time, can i apply for ILR??? is it possilbe ?

3) If i get T1 (G), WP + T1(g) can i get ILR ? (i hope there won't be any problem)

1. Yes.
2. Yes, if you were awarded bonus two times in the 12 month period (for previous earnings).
3. Yes. The amount doesn't matter ... it is the evidence(s) you submit to support your claims that decide the fate of your application.

With regards to your WP leave,
Date of entry in the UK?
Date of expiry of current WP leave?

reg WP,

visa issue date : 12/Apr/2006
entry date : 20/May/2006
visa expiry date : 12/Apr/2011

(i called HO several time, some advisers says(i can have 3 months gap between issue date & entry date, so i am eligible for ILR), and others says NO and its only for T2(3months gap). CONFUSING . thats why i am trying to apply for T1.

Reg T1
In case, If get T1 (G) visa rejected after 20/Apr/2011 then i will be eligible for ILR that time, can i apply for ILR??? is it possilbe ?
