Can my wife first time come here alone on Tier 4 dependent visa or I have to accompany her?

Hi

Yes she can come alone it's not a problem if she lands at same city airport where u and your college exist.

At immigration desk they may ask her about your college and course. So she should know about the formal detail of your college name and course title.
