Tier 1 eariler extension six months before?

My Tier 1 visa expire Sep end this year . I am planning to go extension on mid of march which is about 6months earlier. Will it cause any problem?

Anybody have idea of validity start date for earlier extension, will be Sept end or date of visa stamp i.e march?

There are many examples who have applied early and successfully obtain the application including myself.

My visa was expiring in December and i applied in march and extension was granded for March till december + 3 years.

Yes you can apply.. 99.99% HO gives the extension covering 3yrs from ur current expiry..
