Tier 1 Entrepreneur Deception help needed hearing Adjourned

Hello People,

1st application wrongly guided & got refused due company not according to NQF level 4 & above.Then i got a chance to apply for another application or go for judicial review as my visa was still valid.

I have made a fresh application.A new company was opened and an application was made with a third party funding as my mutual friend has helped to get a sponsor.

He said he will help me get one sponsor who want to invest £50k and i have believed on him and paid charges to him and applied for a visa.
As my visa was about to get expire i didn’t verified the documents on my own (*biggest mistake*) and applied the next day i received the docs from him.

Visa got refused charges deception

General Grounds of refusal Under section 47 immigration asylum & nationality act 2006
A false documents were submitted in relation to your application it is refused under paragraph 322(1a)That means any further application made will be refused under paragraph 320(7b)

I never received any verification documents in the bundle which proved the documents were not genuine.

On the day of the appeal the H.O has provided an email correspondence from the bank which says:-

The documents which were provided were not issued by us and are false

As my solicitor has adjourned the hearing due to lack of evidence and i got a couple of weeks to investigate and another date is given by the court.

I have tried contacting the sponsor and my mutual friend both are not in contact anymore.

I trusted on my mutual friend who put me in a position where I shouldn't be. I have spent my 5years in the UK studied worked and started a few businesses of my own and have lots of investments stuck and going back can make a huge loss.

Now as i am unable to get in contact with sponsor nor the person who introduced him to me.

I am in lack of confidence/doubt that the documents were genuine or not. Any one of two might have played with my carrier and took the money and given me wrong documents.

What should be done now to get this visa or to get a chance to go for another other application.

I need advice and help to get out of this.

Very Sad to hear that this has happened. I can only encourage you to do things the right way and make sure things are correct before lodgement. Otherwise the penalty is not worth the headaches especially as you have already been here so much time. Hope it works out for you. God Bless

I am in the same boat and my visa was refused on deception as well and my 10 years are completing in next 5 days.

The same thing happened to me and 8 of my friends we got refusal as well as deception. But can you please tell me what was ur company name was it future venture capital
