I have a query relating to the dependent visa from outside uk.
Scenario : I'm on Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k route along with my wife who is on dependent visa we both are living in uk from past 3 years recently and we had a baby recently who born in UK.
Due to some urgency mother and baby travelled to India for couple of months. So I'm planning to apply dependent visa to our baby from India.
So my question is how much amount do we need to show for dependent visa for our baby ?
I have £1000 in my saving account and £ 1200 in my current account of same bank
Can I use multiple account statements for 90 days to show that I got enough funds to support ?
If not can I show funds in wife account ?
Please suggest
Thanks in Advance
If the Tier 1 Migrant is outside the United Kingdom or has been present in the United Kingdom
for less than 12 months, you must show that you, the Tier 1 Migrant, or (for children) your other
parent who is also legally present in the United Kingdom have at least £1890 to support you; this
is in addition to any funds the Tier 1 Migrant needs to prove they have enough money to support
themselves.
Thanks for your reply Zimba88,From the dependant guide: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _11-15.pdf

Thanks Zimba,You got it correctly. if you lived here for more than 12 months, you have to show £630 for 90 consecutive days for your baby
I am not sure about that but it seems to be the date you were granted visa in the UKrajrea wrote:
Thanks Zimba,
I've got another stupid question can you please let me know your thoughts on that
How Home Office will analyse that Main applicant is living in uk for more than 12 months ?
Are they gonna count my Tier 1 visa issue date which was issued in UK or do I need to submit anything to prove that I'm living in UK for more than 12 months ?
Please let me know your thoughts and Thanks for kindly giving your inputs.
