For Investment

we invested as Directors Loan,
From Joint Account to Business Bank account we transfer £50000 on 18th Aug 2015 to 21st Aug, 2015. and directors loan agreement dated 17th Aug, 2015, that fine?

and in Unaudited accounts its shows £50000 in creditors, and in notes write "Mr x and Mrs Y invested £50000 in ABC ltd. as unsecured Directos loan. that Finer?

both director get the monthly pay from business from last 1 years, but in Unaudited account and in management report still shows £50000 in directors loan, that fine?

For Job creation

we create 1 full time post for 26 months @ 32 hours per week, but in few months only 4 week thats why hours only 128 ( less than 130 ) , thats fine?

Please give us advise all above thing is good as per the requirement, or we needs to add anything.

Does accountant letter of investment states anything as "excluding directors remeuneration"?

Accountant letter not states anything about directors remeunetation. But letter include " 50000 invested and 3 years account and management account attached . And in all accounts shows 50000 investment .

Lets say if they check directors pay from your FPS and object ?were you in profit in the last year?

you have to provide monthly FPS report as well. I heard someone provide yearly FPS summary, requested by CW to provide monthly breakdown.

From last 1 year both directors get monthly salary and also from last 2 years both directors get dividend, after all this company making profit in all three years, and in company's account and management report shows 51000 invest.

we will submit monthly FPS and bank statement, which shows director salary and dividend.

so is that fine, as per requirement?

Also make sure your DLA suffice this..

the terms of the loan;
 any interest that is payable;
 the period of the loan; and
 that the loan is unsecured and subordinated in favour of third-party creditors
