Tier 1 entrepreneur extension

Hello everyone

i am on Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and applied in a team showing 25k each with my partner for 50k with a company in partnership but my partner left due to some personal circumstances and now i have only one year for my extension. i have some questions which are bothering me they are below

1) can i apply alone with a new company?
2) should i have to show 50k individually
3) what type of investment i have to make? like furniture,car computers, are they right type of investments
