Tier 1 Entrepreneur Hearing

Hi everyone,
My tier 1 application was refused in November. the only reason was advertising material not dated before 11 July. my hearing is in 2 weeks time. has anyone been in this situation, have any of you had your hearing and what happened. Please share your experience, it will be much appreciated.
