Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension language requirements

Post by Saif1987 » Mon May 13, 2019 1:42 pm

Dear Sirs

I have been granted a tier 1 entrepreneur visa back in June 2016 and we are approaching the extension date.
and in the process, we started meeting solicitors in preparing for the application
when I first applied and in the point of language requirement I presented an IELTS life skill B1 (speaking and listening) and I was granted the visa.
now as we approach the extension date one solicitor told me that it is fine and the certificate is still valid while another one told me that I am lucky they granted me the visa in the first place and I should take an (ISE1) exam which one has the right information as this will be a deciding factor in choosing the solicitor that I will hand my case to.

Best regards

You don't need evidence of language for your extension.
