Tier 1 Entrepreneurship - How the 200k is spent?

Hello Everyone,
I am about to embark on this process having successfully obtained the visa a few weeks' ago. I was wondering if any members could shed some light on any rules regarding how that 200k invested in a company should be spent?

It surely can't be used to just hire two eligible employees and keep the rest as cash in bank account in order to qualify for the visa extension?
