Tier 2 Extension In Advance

Hi Guru's ,

I am in the UK from Aug2010 . The following is my Visa History

TIER 2 ICT - Established Staff ( Visa 19/07/2010 - 29/08/2013 )

I arrived in the UK in 2010 August 5th and then switched my employer to Tier 2 General on May 2013 . The new visa details as follows

TIER 2 General ( Issued on : 13 /05/2013 , Valid Until -24/06/2016 )

I have the following queries

1 ) Am i eligible for another extension 1e till 24/06/2019 ?

2 ) If yes , will it be possible for me to extend this next month if i get a new COS ( under 5 years route , same employer ) considering i have another 1 year and i month for the current expiration of the visa .

but i would say apply after next week, and for 3 years only as you will be eligible for ILR in may 2018 anyway. If you apply for 3 years or less category, u and all your dependents will have to pay half the fee and less NHS charges as well
