Tier 1 extension appeal allowed, moved house need help

Post by Aqeel » Sun Jan 16, 2011 8:18 pm

Hi Guys,

I've won my tier1 extension appeal, it allowed last month on 17th december, Judge announced the decision then and there, my lawyer received the determination aswell, I had moved house before launching the appeal and had mentioned the new address in appeal form and even been contacted by Tribunal on the same new address.

Now my question is, will home office also contact me on new address for visa stamping or will they contact me on the previous address where i made my initial extension application from? do i need to contact the home office to confirm if they have my new address?

waiting for you your help

Regards,
Aqeel

I belive you should contact home office and tell them address change to avoid in future post problems.
