Tier 1 Extension Cash Salary

I will apply for Tier 1 extension shortly.I will have to show 32000 as previous earning.I have 2 jobs ,from my main job i will show 27600 pounds which is paid directly into my account ,the rest 4400 pounds i am working in a restaurant and they pay me cash every week.I put the net amount in my account every week .I want to know will i have any problem for the fact that my second job is paying me cash in hand?Do i have to show any more thing? please give me suggestion

HO only considers taxable income. Its common for restruants/takeaways or small shops to pay employees in cash to avoid paying tax/ni.

Since you or your employer havn't paid tax and NI, so HO will not consider your earnings. Also you can't be self employed as you are not working for a client(s).

Ps, I can't see how you would be able to produce two different sources of earnings either.

my employer is paying tax and it is shown on my payslip as well ,also th erestaurant accountant will issue me a letter saying that all the tax have been paid for my restaurant job. will this be ok?

As long as you have been VERY diligent in depositing every penny, it should be fine. Even a penny discrepancy between your net pay and the deposit in your bank account could cause the entire £4400 to be disregarded.

thank you very much for your reply , my second job net pay is fixed every week ,108.00 pound ,and i put the amout every week as shown in the payslip.
