Tier-1(G)Extension Dependent visa docs apply outside UK help

Hi All,
my family dependents(spouse and son) are applying Tier-1(General) visa Extension from India in Feb 2012.

we are sending the below docs.
1. Application form, fee,Photographs
2. main Tier 1 migrant passport and Tier1 visa extension copy.
3. marriage certificate and birth certificate
4. Evidence of maintenance funds for 90 days.
5. from parents consent letter for dependent child to apply.


Is it mandatory to send below docs.
a) UK rental agreement.
b) UK payslips for last 3 to 6 months.

Could you please share any one success stories and experiences with mandatory required documents for dependent tier-1 extension from India or outside UK.
