Tier 1 extension doubts

Hi,

In the form on page no 20. Q D1 it says Did the applicant obtain the EC or visa before entering UK?

Does that mean the 1st time when we came to UK mean 5 years back or is he asking abt where the applicant got the HSMP visa, its so confusing

please someone confirm

It should be the first time when you entered in UK. Either if it was HSMP or another visa, the answer should be "YES".
