Tier 1 Extension - invested funds

Hi,

Does anyone know what evidence or document we have to show if I want to invest money into someone else's business? I am trying to start joint venture with another individual, we dont have any company setup yet but we will do that in a week. I am giving him initial funds to start the project work. later when we setup limited company, I will move this investment into that company.
