Tier 1 Extension Query

Dear seniors,

Next month I’m planning to apply tier1 extension, I have a query,
Around 1 year back I had a fixed penalty notice £30 while cycling on my bike the reason for the FPN is not stopping at the red signal. As its fixed penalty notice do I need to disclose this in extension form?

Do we need to specify as a conviction or a fixed penality fine.

If we need to calrify with UKBA which maill id i need to use.
