Tier 1 extension same day appointment

Post by cruzez » Tue Apr 26, 2011 4:05 pm

Hi, I have seen few posts people posting their experience for same day appointment.

No one mentioned crucial part what actally happens in there like facing visa officer.

Like I am concered when you go Croydon, do you face to face interview with visa officer [like one we face in india] or is it just going there submit docs and wait for their response.

If there is any face to face interview then what sort questions they usally ask for Tier 1 General visa extension?

I have my appointment Next week in croydon. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

An in-person appointment is not an "interview".

Do you worry about an interview when you book an appointment with your GP? A GP asks questions about your ailment and prescribes you medicine(s) to relieve you of the ailment. That's it!

Likewise, a caseworker may ask questions (and only if he/she feels there is a need to) about your application, immigration history and supporting documents. If you present an application with all the mandatory evidences that are clear and concise, the caseworker may not even speak to you about your application! i.e. - from Hi .. to approved / refused .... nothing inbetween!
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
