Tier 1 extension - Section D - Form queries

Hi

I have query on the below 2 questions:

D1. Did the applicant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the United Kingdom? --- I initially came on a tier 2 visa and then shifted to tier 1 general within UK. Now I want to extend my tier 1 visa. Should I put yes or no? And if it is yes then I need to put details about initial tier 2 visa or current tier 1?

D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable? --- My current tier 1 visa is on a old passport which expired. My current passport doesnt have any uk visa. So should I put No as I will be sending both my passports with the extension application or put Yes as my current passport doesnt have the tier 1 visa?

Does your Tier 2 visa say Entry Clearance since you entered UK from abroad on that visa ? If yes then, answer Yes to D1.

It is asking about the last Entry Clearance you had before you entered UK, if you got T1 within UK then its not EC

D5 - No

Yes my earlier tier 2 visa was a intra company transfer visa and had a entry clearance from chennai consulate.
