Tier 2 Extension

Post by skm17 » Sat Aug 29, 2015 11:39 am

Hi,
My current tier 2 is valid from 7th March 2014 and I switched from PSW to Tier 2 General and the code of practice I used was 2124 during the salary requirement was £23,200 for new Entrant and £26,400 for Experienced. Now my question is when I apply for my extension what salary do I need to show as the new salary for the same code is £26,300 for new entrant and £30,200 for experienced for year 2015. I am confused which one I will need to show during my extension?

Which year SOC code applies? I applied for visa in 2014 so I should be applicable for 2014 code list.

Can you please provide the evidence? And also there was an onoption of applying for 5 years or 3 years for tier2, it would be unfair for those who applied for 3 years.

And what about the salary? If they keepit increasing every year people who applied for 5 years will be safe.
