Tier 2 Extension

Dear All,

I am on Tier 2 General Visas since January 2014. My SOC is 2423 - Business Consultant.

Next year I have to apply for extension (Around December 2016).

My questions are as follow:

1) For Extension salary requirements would be according to new entrant or experienced?

2) If it is experienced, will that count according to upgraded list of salary requirements ie., 29500?

3) How long before I have to have that salary i.e, since 3 months payslip, 6 months payslip, etc. ?
