Tier 2 extension : 4 years COS instead of 3

Post by sunshine1983 » Tue Oct 20, 2015 8:08 pm

Hello Everyone. I am new to this site. I am going to apply for an extension on tier 2 visa within UK.
My employer has given me new Certificate of Sponsorship which states end date to be Jan 2020. I have already been on Tier 2 for last 3 years and according to rules I can only extend my Tier 2 for another 3 years (Total of 6 years)
My question is should i be paying NHS surcharge for 3 years or 4? Also the visa application should be for upto 3 years or more than 3 years? I dont want any refusal because of incorrect amount paid from my side. Please help.
Thank you for your responses in advance.
