Tier 1 extention -P20 D4 & P11 B10/B13 **PLEASE HELP**

Tier 1 extention -P20 D4 & P11 B10/B13 **PLEASE HELP**

Hi everyone :)

I'm sending my Tier 1 extension (under HSMP) application soon and I need your help!
Someone might have asked in the past, but I couldn't find it so far...

Could anyone please share the knowledge where I can see "reference number on the entry clearance"? (It's D4 on page 20)
Is it the combination of numbers which you have at the right upper corner of the entry clearance? or is it VAF No?

Another question is where shall I put my reference number for initial HSMP? on B10 or B13 (page 11)

I had work permit before HSMP, so I believe I'd put Work Permit ref # on B11. But then I am not sure where I need to put my HSMP visa reference number to......

I've been googling, but nothing really assured me and I am hopeful to get the spot-on answer from you as I'm always impressed with the depth of knowledge people share on this board.

Did you mean I don't have to put my initial HSMP reference number in B10 nor B13? I thought we are supposed to indicate any sort of Home Office reference number. I started thinking perhaps I'd need to put HSMP ref # into B13 (point based system), but then I am confused what kind of reference number would be used for B10....

Could you kindly calarify for me? Thank you!!!!
