I have Tier 2 Gen Visa (Employer sponsored). Now I have got another job offer (UK Employer) whilst in UK.
My current tier 2 is valid till Dec 2017.
I have two questions:
1. I know that I may not have to resign until the new SoC (via new employer) has been approved and I got the new visa. In case I resign now, I understand that I would be given 60 days to remain (leave curtailment). Is that right?
2. If I resign now, can my current employer ask me to submit my BRP card immediately?
I'll greatly appreciate for the genuine advice.
