Tier 2 General Advise Needed - Urgent

Hi All,

Need an advise regarding, switching from Tier 4 to tier 2 General.

I have a Master's degree, obtained in 2012, after what I successfully applied for PSW, which came to an end in August 2014. I currently am on Tier 4 visa. Would the company offering a sponsorship need to advertise the job offered to me?

And will the job level that applies to me be NQF Level 6, or because I have already had PSW, obtained before June 2012 I can be offered a job below Level 6?
