Tier 2 General after Tier 2 ICT

Hi

I searched a lot on this forum but could not find something relevant hence posting this. Please could you advise me on the following:

1. I have been to UK on Tier 2 ICT (Short Term Staff Migrant) 1 year CoS and came back to home country last month on its expiry. Could you please let me know if I am eligible Tier 2 General right away or do I have wait for 'cooling-off' period?

2. I have received a Tier 2 General Sponsor offer from a company called Metamorfs. Could you also comment on this company's credibility and whether I should go ahead with my application for Tier 2 general with this company?

Request your kind cooperation in helping me in this current predicament I am in.

1. you are subject to 12 months cooling-off (unless the pay in the new job is £153,500 or more)
