I have appealed against my tier 2 general application decision once and got rejected. The original visa application was rejected because I haven't met the salary requirement. After my appeal was rejected by the first tier tribunal court judge, my employer has now raise my salary above the minimum requirement on the code of practice. Just want to know if there is people with same kind of cases. And will the new pay rise from the employer considered as a valid evidence on the upper tribunal court?(given that I am granted to appeal in upper tribunal court)
Thanks for your help in advance!
