I will complete 5 year period on Tier 1 General (PBS) visa on 03/12/2014 and I intend to apply for my ILR when I am eligible for
it. I have got couple of queries regarding my ILR application and I seek your help to understand the rules.
1) I got my first visa on 01/Dec/2009 and my extension is expiring on 02/Feb/2015. Can I apply for ILR before 28 days prior to my years completion? Or how early I can apply for ILR before my current leave to remain expires?
2) My wife got her Tier 1 General Partner visa on 01/12/2009 with me in the UK. My understanding is she does not need to fill any seperated form to get her ILR. If it is not then which form she need to fill? What should i do about the payment options of that Form? But i could not find any options to provide her signature in the Main applicants form.
Any help would be highly appriciated

You can apply ILR 28 days before to 1st Dec 2009

There is no separate form for dependents you need to fill only 1 form and include her details in dependent section.
