tier 2 general cos new hires doctors and nurses vs cos change of emplyment

Hi All,

Recently submitted an application for change of employment in NHS as doctor in a different trust. The COS issues by the trust is for new hires doctors and nurses. SO I have following questions
1) Is the correct category of COS is issued by the employer?
2) I think after reading GOV.UK website is should have been COS general change of employment is it correct?
3) As the application already submitted and the appointment is in 10 days time. Is there any way to change the COS (if the COS category is not correct and employer changes the category and assigns the new COS) for a submitted application?
4) Can an employer contact the Home office and change the COS there?
