Tier 2 (General) Dependant outside country limit

Hi,

My question is regarding my wife who is Tier 2 (General) dependant. She arrived in UK as PSW dependant and we made an in country application to switch to Tier 2 (General) category and got our leave sorted in June 2013. She stayed in the UK until Early september 2013 and have since left the country to do her internship in dentistry in Pakistan which is 11 months long.

She plans to return back to UK in september 2014 after finishing her internship. My question is if there is a time limit on Tier 2 (General) dependant that they can stay out of UK to keep their leave valid? We have all the proofs that during this period while she is away our relationship is subsisting and I am financially supporting her. And I have just got back from month long Holiday with her in Pakistan and have plans for more Holidays during Easter time in Turkey.

A quick reply would really help.

no, there isn't, she can return provided she has valid leave
